Do you take insurance, and how does that work?
We currently accept:
- Aetna
- ComPsych
- Friday Health Plan
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, call them and check. You can also find the following questions answered when you contact your insurance provider:
- What are my mental health benefits?
- How much can my insurance cover the services offered by an out-of-network provider?
- Do I need to get the approval of my primary care physician?
Initial Assessment = $250 (Cash Pay Price)
Follow Up Visit = $150 (Cash Pay Price)
We are currently a self-pay clinic and are considered out of network with most insurance companies, however, we are in the process of obtaining insurance credentialing.
Our office policy is that all fees must be paid upfront
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards.
We can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you notify us atleast 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment. If you do not call within 24 hours and you do not show up to your appointment, there is a $50 no call no show cancellation fee.
